It starts with the design. Multicast’s products are fabricated based on our standard or custom designs. These products are typically used in switchgear, transformers, and substations and include insulators, bushings, current transformers, current limiting reactors and flexible insulating boots.

 

Choose a product from our catalogue or work with our electrical engineer to have one designed as a replacement or a custom solution. We work with purchasers to ensure all details and expenses for each order are accurate and prudent.

 

The design becomes a product in our plant, which includes a machine shop with two CNC milling machines. The machine shop produces the molds required for casting the epoxy resins used in our products. These resins are for UV and non-UV applications. Our finishing team assembles the product, testing to ensure it performs as required. Our quality system is registered to  ISO 9001:2015.
